The times from the past to today of the world is called “Shi”, the space extending from all edges of the world is called “Jie". "Water" benefits all things and dose not compete with them, "Valley" hold all things and dose not complain about them. This is the origin of the "World Water Valley". “World Water Valley” is a strategic platform that calls for synergic innovation in “politics, industry, college, research, finance and culture”. The “World Water Valley” Forum is a comprehensive conference initiated by Hohai University. Starting from Nanjing, Jiangsu Province (China), through Sichuan Aba, Sichuan Province (China), Shenzhen, Guangdong Province (China), and Vientiane (Laos), it has become a gathering of experts and scholars at home and abroad, leading officials, and colleagues from all walks of life.

"Overseas China" focuses on the development of "going out" of enterprises in China, builds a dialogue of theory and practice on reform and opening up, actively creating global collaborative networks of multi-agents with the principle of extensive consultation, joint efforts and shared benefits. Over the years, the “Overseas China” Forum has promoted the cooperation in cross-border coordination, radiating form Nanjing (China), Bangkok (Thailand), Sihanouk Port Special Administrative Region (Cambodia), Kyoto (Japan) and other regions and countries.

The forum is jointly organized by Hohai University and partners at home and abroad, including academic seminars, results release, business salons, project docking, exhibitions, etc. And the forum strives to create the "creative, innovative and entrepreneurial " community with the “1+1+1>3” strategic synergy.We sincerely invite new and old friends to gather at Hohai University and co-create the development path!
